In 2010 Dunstable Town Council adopted its corporate plan with its vision of helping to make Dunstable a better Place. Together with this vision Dunstable Town Council has five corporate priorities:
- To represent residents, businesses and community groups of Dunstable on key strategic issues facing the town.
- To continue to preserve and enhance the history and identity of the town.
- To improve further and develop the provision of green and open space in the town.
- To continue to improve services targets to all community sectors in the town.
- To contribute to the regeneration of the town centre and development of neighbourhood centres.
Using its statutory powers, Dunstable Town Council will do all it can to create a lively and vibrant town, promoting civic pride and improving the quality of life for all those who live., work and visit Dunstable.
