I unfortunately had to call the team out today as my cars wheelchair hoist caught fire. The team arrived promptly and were professional and friendly throughout my ordeal. The team leader informed me of what they were doing and didn’t rush although my car was minor compared to some call outs. Each and every one of the team were friendly and professional and I was also informed that Dunstable watch was the only operating team within luton and Dunstable. So impressed how quickly the brigade responded to my daughter's alarm issue.  They followed up with an explanation of their concerns and ensured the property was safe.  A new build issue that sadly was not inspected by the Housing Association as scheduled and potentially a fire risk.nnCarol Sutton
