Joanne who works here is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about most aspects of pet/horse advice, if there is anything she doesn't know she is happy to look into it and find out. The shop itself may look untidy at first look but that is only because Joanne prides herself in being able to offer anything anyone may need/want for their pet. If your ever unsure where anything is, Joanne is happy to help and find it for you as well as give any advice/information about the product. If something you want is out of stock, Joanne will ensure she orders it and keeps it in just for you and your pet from then on. A great little shop with the best service. I now go here for all my animal needs.
Very knowledge lady that advice you on best foods to feed to animals. Chickens ,horse,dogs and other small animals. Helpful in every way
This Google entry is very misleading as this company is based in Dunscroft NOT Hatfield. I have suggested an edit about three times and Google have acknowledged this each time but the address is still being listed as Hatfield when it should be DUNSCROFT. Very confusing for anyone not knowing the area.
Fantastic little shop, a true gem to the local area! The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, you can ask her anything, this woman knows her animals!
Fantastic as always .Nothing is too much trouble for Jo ,always willing to give advice if needed.Its the only place I'll go to for dog and poultry food .Would highly recommend
