I asked for an idea of cost to replace one bay window with triple glazing, but only needed a rough idea initially. The guy I spoke to said he couldn't give me any rough estimate without seeing the property. Which I knew was rubbish but I thought that's going to be the standard answer who ever I ask. So I played along but simply stated I wanted a low key visit and no pestering phone calls. I've had 5 phone calls in 20 hours and they would only offer to make an appointment if both myself and my wife we're present. For an estimate? Ridiculous! I've asked for my details to be deleted.

Yes we had canvaser knock on our door back last year from dunraven wanting too know if needed any double glazing doing, and at this time we thought we'd upgrade our front windows as they were over 25 years old. So a young sales lady came a few days later and talked us through their product, I explained what I wanted agreed the price ( which I usually knock down but didn't my mistake)!! A few weeks later the poor fitter on his own put the Windows in, took him all day to to fit them ( love him) and finally about 5 o'clock on a December night 2 of his work mates turned up to help. He done a good job and we are very pleased with the windows. In fact we are that pleased with them that we had my cheap composite front door replaced by them and I must say that the door is very solid and worth every penny of my knocked down price. I did have an issue with the knocker, it didn't fit the gap, but soon sorted. Today I am waiting for them to arrive to fix my lock on said front door. Yes the sales team can be a bit full on, trying to sell me a conservatory now but said haven't got the room and would contact them if & when we need anything, and not heard from them since...

Had a sales person call to our house to offer us a new front door. Our house is only 4 years old! Said this was not something we needed as our current door was more than fit for purpose. Guy left a leaflet and a card and said should we change our mind to get in touch. This was in August 2017. Since this time we have had a barrage of calls from their sales team continually offering us great prices on a new door! I have asked them numerous times to remove our details from their database but they keep calling. Most recent call was today 4th Feb 2018. This company has aggressive sales tactics which may work on some people but not me I'm afraid!

Charged my 84 year old Mother just under 2k for a basic front door and replacement glass for 2 misted windows !!( unknown to me at the time) she reluctantly paid in full prior to completion and several months on is stilling awaiting the glass replacement. Only found this out today so contacted them direct to justify cost and appalling service, Nobody has got back to me yet with regards the extortionate price surprise, surprise. They have also been trying to pressure sell her a new back door, like that’s going to happen. MY ADVICE LEAVE WELL ALONE, SHOCKING SERVICE AND OVER 3 TIMES THE PRICE !!!!

Constant calls even though I told them I wasn’t interested. I explained politely again, then the sales rep hung up on me. Terrible customer service.
