The quality of their own brand stuff is very good. The range is decent. The aesthetic of the place needs vast improvement - inside and out. The staff are generally not helpful. They rarely know where anything is and their friendliness and manners are poor. The place desperately needs self-service tills, or just a faster way to get stuff paid for. They need a loyalty card scheme. They should consider doing away with the clothes section, it cannot do much trade.
Dunnes simply is the best when it comes to food, great value and service.nThe variety of food options available is amazing. I can’t describe how much I love Dunnes Stores and its products.nPlus, the £10/ £5 vouchers for every £50/ £25 spent is a great way to same money!nOther supermarkets can’t reach Dunnes’ level
Great premises, good range of products, great quality, excellent staff, good parking, and some unbeatable voucher offers that really help, especially if you are on a tight budget.
I really love this store and shop every week now. The staff are top class and really seemed to have been trained in good customer service skills. The quality of the food is also great
The sushi is inedible, it is not fresh, has an unpleasant smell date is normal. I did not expect sushi from the supermarket to be restaurant quality, but I expected it to be food that can be eaten. I strongly do not recommend sushi at Dunnes Stores.
