Went after watching tv programme promoting the business. Arrived to the restaurant for lunch at 12.10 we were seated outside as we requested. Views are very pretty and the location has everything going for it. We received our meal at just after 1. The main issue I had was being handed a pager and told to come and collect the meal when it was ready. I was surprised by this and thought paying €16 for a bowl of pasta at lunchtime it would be delivered to the table. I’m glad I went to experience the restaurant however I won’t go back.

Really disappointing service today. The lady host was v nice, I had called in advance and she explained lunch was until 3.30. Arrived and she was lovely, said we can sit outside and she would be over to us. All good. Then we decided to go back inside- a different man likely manager said kitchen closed at 3pm this was 3.02!.. and it was a hard cut off. Totally rude and no interest in the business. Really disappointing and I will not be back.

Normally dont leave reviews but my family and i had dinner in Blackfriars restaurant it was absolutely gorgeous, service was amazing and to top it off, my daughter is allergic to dairy and the chef made delicious dairy free goujons for her. It was the first restaurant to have done that in the 5 nights we have been on holidays. Would highly recommend and will be back again.

I found this little gem of a place by accident one day I've been back twice since food is amazing and look at that view. Staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is great.

I recently visited Dunmore east golf club with my family. It truly was a wonderful experience, The food and the veiws were top class. Michelle looked after us and went above and beyond to welcome us. Michelle catered for the babies making sure they had crayons...Juices etc. You are indeed an asset to the Golf Club Michelle. We will be back....

Very expensive at 42 euros a night it looked like we were in an overflow field. No handstands,  no lighting, and we were told about the lighthouse restaurant but it only opens Thursday to Sunday for evening meals. Hard walk back from beach as it is all uphill.

We had a lovely Saturday lunch. I'd heard good things and wanted to try. The Lighthouse is a good choice for views, relaxation, great food, and of course apres golf. I really wanted to sit outside but a slight wind and fog made us stay inside. But its definitely on my list for fav places with out door seating.

We booked a table for 19:30 and when we arrived the waitress informed us it would be 15 mins before they could take our order which was fine . However it was 40 minutes before  we finally placed our order and close to 90 mins before our food arrived. We asked for some bread while we waited but it never arrived and considering we had a two young children with us it was hardly too much to expect . Customer service was non existent and I won't  recommend a visit .

I was very disappointed with this golf course,I was charged €25 to play this Sunday and both my nephews were charged €15 each despite being told on the phone it was €10. The greens were extremely bad,fairways were only half cut and very little in the way of distance markers.I would advise anyone looking for a decent round of golf to e steer well clear of this course.
