I ordered an iced latte with oat milk and ONE shot of caramel. Dunkin sent the coffee with no Oat milk, and a LOT of caramel, it was at the point where I was unable to drink it. They also sent out the wrong donut, I bought an England donut and they sent me a Happy Face. They didn’t contact me prior to ask about allergies. Really bad communication and service from this branch. I will not be ordering again.
I absolutely love coming to this particular Dunkin Donuts and it's my favourite coffee establishment in Doncaster.nI mainly go for their Cappucino's with an extra shot of Espresso or a flat white now and then, both of which taste great.nnThe staff are pleasant and well-mannered which goes a long way, I've been visiting this branch since it opened roughly 3 years ago, and while there may have been rare occasions where delays waiting or other minor disappointments happen, I can happily attribute it to unexpectedly large customer footfall which couldn't have realistically been anticipated from a managerial standpoint.nnI mainly tend to see Jonathan, Mel or the wonderful gent with glasses and grey facial hair, but newer staff members seem to be doing great too.nnI was a bit puzzled by Toby's 1 star review complaining about the young lady with Red Hair at Dunkin, as on the contrary myself and all of my friends are in uninamimous agreement that her customer service and coffee making is spot on!
Hmmm donuts the donuts here are always fresh and nice we sometimes have the milkshakes to which are really nice. The coffee isn't particularly great, but it's ok.nThe store is clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful.nnOur favorite donut stop in Doncaster
Donuts looks colourful but too sweet for my palate. Staff is friendly. Restroom needs more cleaning.
Another cracking coffee and donut experience in a great setting with super friendly staffnThis guy who served us today is an absolute credit to Dunkin. He is sooooo friendly and the purest example of what customer service should be like
