My parents have asked me to leave Bill a 5 star review on their behalf after he promptly visited their house after their JVC Smart TV screen went dark. He quickly identified the malfunction and repaired the damaged parts. The TV is back to normal and working again. He also gave an honest analysis of another TV at their home that was beyond economic repair. Would highly recommend Bill and his friendly expertise.
Our JVC television's screen went very dark. Rang Dunelm on Tuesday morning. Came out with in 2hrs checked it and had to take it away. Rang us back from workshop to say TV was fixed and we had it back by 4.30. Looks better than before.
First time I've used this firm ,would definitely recommend them ,the man that came out was lovely managed to eventually sort my telly out

Bill went above and beyond to help me solve a software issue on my Phillips TV. Tried dozens of other tv technicians prior and they all told me to buy a new tv. Bill completely resolved the issue and only charged a small call out fee. Amazing service and saved me hundred of pounds!

Excellent Service from Dunelm spoke to them early morning had same day call out managed to have one tv repaired on site, took other away and rang with quote and returned tv in working order within a matter of hours.
