Vast store with lots in it would how I would describe Dunelm We had to purchase a rug for our living room and we found the best options here. They have a nice variety of choices, patterns and thickness. Staff were super helpful. Parking is ample and easy to navigate
Nice big place. Very good lighting section.
Love the refurbished Pausa Cafe in our local store. It is now lovely and bright and fresh looking after its makeover. Good choice of quality food and drinks at a reasonable price. Staff very friendly. In the main store it looked as if there had been a well needed reorganisation and display of goods. Got what I needed which is always good. Disappointed to see they have done away with the previously good choice of sewing materials sold on the role.
As a Larger store, it holds more stock than my local store. Staff who assisted me were very pleasant. I made my purchase and left. Will revisit this store again.
Poor waited 20 mins for an assistant to cut some table covering on Sunday, nobody came. Left the store and returned today. Got the covering cut and took it to the till only to be told they don't issue paper receipts only email. What if you don't have a email. Cashier said I don't know but it's policy. What a joke not sure I'll be returning in the near future.
Brought a blind on line for click and collect went to collect it and was given a dirty blind in broken packaging with parts missing, looked like someone had taken it out didn't want it took it back then gave it to me. I didn't want it either. No more in stock waste of time
Love the extensive choice of bedding. Ridiculous queueing system at checkout though! Update still ridiculous Update still ridiculous it's a battle get out even if you haven't bought anything. New cafeteria nice though and two coffees for under a fiver.
I love Dunelm shop. So war all items I have been bought was in good quality and conditions. Very helpful staff. Even I bought some bedside tables and one of the staff was so kind that he even took the trolley and helped me to bring to my home because I live around the corner that was very kind. I definitely would like to recommend the Dunelm shop if you need anything for your home.
Not happy at all with the job with blinds. Very inefficient and no care taken while doing the job! Think twice and hard before you order from them. This is after their 4th visit to correct a defective blind. Very half-heartedly done job. Would not recommend at all! Definitely running this past the Consumer rights and trading standards!
Well I dropped to five pound notes out of my rear pocket when I pulled out my Mobil will looking at pillow cases whe a female member of Dunholme staff her name is andee black long hair came behind me picked up my money when I realised what had happend and turned round she had gone I did report this to a member of the staff at the door but couldn't help me,this was at the ascot drive storr 13 Jan between 1030 and 11.00 oclock
