Good afternoon , I came into your store earlier today to collect a garden sofa. I was met by a very happy and friendly lady who went to collect my order from the warehouse. She offered to take it to my car for me which she did and I just want to give her positive feedback. Her name was Lauren , as I have already stated she was very happy and friendly and her customer service and care was excellent, she was very positive too which always pleases me as I think there is so much negativity about. First class service. Thank you Lauren !! Best wishes Barbara Parker
The shop itself is great. Lots of choice at fairly decent prices. The cafe however, completely different story! Slow service due to being understaffed and most of the stuff on menu not available. Jacket potatoes were unavailable at midday on a bank holiday Monday. Wouldn't go to the cafe again.
Cafe with couple of customers so not over worked staff. Hot chocolate drink was dire. Slap-dash pouring and spray cream & chocolate drink all down the outside of the glass mug pooling on the saucer. This is a good example of how you do not serve a drink. Disappointed by this appalling mess of a once nice drink. Tea tasted of water despite leaving it in pot fair amount of time to brew. Poor quality and supposedly Yorkshire teabag, didn’t taste like the Yorkshire tea I have at home.
You gotta love a dunelm wherever they are, always nice staff who are polite and helpful, nice pausa cafe good normal price especially on fabric products like bedding and window coverings, when it's a sale though got three lights that were £75 each for less than £10 as open box or unwanted returns closed box, ranks among my top 5 shopped stores
A great experience. We had May and Lilly serve us food and drinks. The service was amazing and the food was so good for the money! What a great little cafe find- shopping for after too!
A very fine store indeed which I use on a regular basis for a range of high quality household goods. This review though is regarding the excellent 'Pausa' coffee bar which I use regularly without needing the household store itself. If you like a fine Barista coffee this cafe is up there with the very best in my view. My chosen choice of nearly always a flat white, never lets me down here. The choice of cakes, tarts etc, is outstanding. A Christmas special display table is currently on view with a range seasonal treats. I only have a visual experience of the specially prepared light lunches but they are mouth-watering. As the cafe is elevated on to the first floor, there is a wonderful expansive view of the store entrance point. Afterwards of course is the option to wander around anyway. Great choices of high quality goods.
Very few real bargains. Having just moved up here ,our local Dunelm in Newbury had lots of really good bargains and had bought curtains before I moved. Thought I might get the same deals here but clearly not. Shame as we still need quite a few things for the house.
Popped in for a quick drink and bite to eat in their cafe. It was really busy in there and could only see one member of staff, as we were short on time we decided to leave it. Expensive aswell.
Good place to go but prices can be very high for lots of item, so wait for sale
I like the lift the customer service for cafe cafe everything if I could do infinite stars review that would be good for this place I'll go give it infinity stars and five stars extra for cafe
