Order on line and at store click and collect. Excellent service throughout.
Very clear one way system, someone at the entrance ensuring hand sanitizer is used and she was really nice and polite. Helpful and friendly staff. Found what I needed too!
It's open for in store shopping. Not too many people inside which is good. Customers trying their best to keep 2 metres apart
Great customer service. Very helpful and even went to find me a different size in a pair of curtains. Lovely, friendly checkout assistants too.

Great shop, unfortunately like many others is only available for click and collect.
Entrance was controlled by numbers and hand sanitizer was available and the shop employee asked us to use it. The shop seemed full of products. The cafe was closed. At the checkout there were plenty of tills open, all protected by perspex. Altogether in this Covid era a very pleasant shopping experience.
Excellent as always, social distancing, everyone wearing a mask. Took my elderly mother she got a new pillow and throw she wanted, few other bits and bobs. We was in Dunelm for over an hour but always felt safe.went in sep 2020
