During our two visits we were served by Mel, Carl and Melissa in the made to measure department. We were very happy about the curtains we had made. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They all appear to be very proud of the store and how well it is doing and that shows in their customer service. They kept us up to date with our order and it arrived before its due date. Many thanks and we will be back.

Visited the store & I was served by Gillian who went up & beyond with her customer service & was very friendly & very approachable. I made a purchase which I could not fit in my car as for previous shopping so Gillian offered to drop it off for me in her own time out of work. This shows fantastic customer care & service from Gillian as a individual. Thankyou Gillian I wish everyone in retail was like you. I would also like to thank & mention Tony who helped me to my car to see if we could fit the box in. He was very friendly with a lovely manner. Thanks again guys the 5 ☆'s are for you two individuals & hope to be served by you again in store 😁 😉

Good selection of pillows. Problem started when I arrived home with attached security tag. Husband has gone all way back to have this removed!

Fantastic store, was welcomed by a member of staff immediately. Impressed by the variety of rugs and furniture. Only shame is that you can definitely tell who is in charge as the atmosphere charges when higher up members of staff instruct their colleagues in a not so polite manner in front of customers (especially on the tills, not very professional), other than this, fantastic store/food and will probably visit again.
