Great selection of products. Nice tidy store. Really helpful and friendly staff. Love the cafe offer of a free child's meal when you spend £4 too, food was nice and it was great to have a gluten free option
Went to pick up an order, waited almost 20 mins for it to appear. Was after also buying another item - it didnt scan properly and the rude staff member made US go grab a new one from upstairs. Irony is that she was wearing a “i’m here to help you” tshirt.nStore looks cluttered and messy.nAt least there’s free parking though…
Rude female manager. The staff in this store are usually very helpful. The manager today was not, she needs training in customer service. Perhaps her staff can teach her, the sales assistant was clearly embarrassed by her behaviour.
We recently visited the Farnborough store and were served by a lovely lady called Joanne. She really couldn't have been more helpful. She was extremely friendly and helped to process a sale through the tills along with a refund with knowledge and ease. Fantastic customer service Joanne, thank you
What a dreadful service! I booked an appointment several months ago to have my windows measured. I had heard nothing regarding my appointment so I went to the store yesterday to confirm it was taking place. The lady in the made to measure department confirmed my appointment and later that afternoon I received 2 reminders??nMy appointment was scheduled for today between 3&4 pm no one has turned up and I haven't been contacted by anyone . What a waste of my time. I'm furious I've sat in for nothing!!! Obviously Dunelm don't want my custom. They certainly won't be getting it now!! Nor will they be getting any recommendations . I can't even get through to anyone to find out what is going on.nnKaren in Surrey.
