I find the Derry Dunelm store and staff exceptionally pleasant and very helpful. This store has everything that anyone would need to furnish their home with free car parking. I use the upstairs cafe quite regularly and enjoy a cup of coffee in the friendly and relaxing surroundings. All of the staff are very helpful but I would like to mention, in particular, one member of staff who always has a happy smiling face and is very attentive to my needs and because of her attitude leaves me smiling and feeling happy also. Her name is Daniella and I feel that I should highlight this girl’s attention to the service she gives to me and every customer that has the pleasure of meeting her. It costs nothing to be civil but this young lady gives that little bit more. So Derry Dunelm please continue doing what you do so well.

Large store with Pausa Coffee Shop upstairs. Large selection of soft furnishings and bedding for the home and a limited selection of furniture. Also, a good haberdashery section and curtain/blind making section. Always well stocked and on line presence. Large free car park also.

Brought a faux leather brown pouffe, only £35. Great value.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Spent nearly £1000 pounds on bedding and furniture and 2 weeks later, on delivery day, they have 'lost' the bed and other items delayed with no way of getting an update. Will never spend another penny in this store.

I enjoy a wee trip around Dunelm. You'll sometimes find a nice bargain or even something so lovely you'd be willing to splash out on. The cafe is a plus

Good shop great but feels a bit cramed but they have a good range of things, stop and have a coffee or tea, and staff are help full, carpark is big,

A great place for homeware and better now with kitchen, dining and cleaning positioned on the ground floor.Plausa has a nice range of food for snacks or lunch as well.

You can find things at Dunelm, a little pricey on some goods but the shop does sell everything you need for your home which is nice

Good place to shop, lots of useful nice things, Friendly knowledgeable staff..

Had a lovely lunch,that set us up for going mad in the shop.you can spend hours looking around & then spend,spend.
