Had to mention my local store in dumfries. Great staff. Visited recently and was assisted by a member of staff called Josh. He went above and beyond with helping and making sure I was OK. Easily could have just got what I asked for and walked away, but he didn't and made my experience easier as I was stressed. Store was clean and tidy. Spoke to the manager as not enough retail staff get praise.

Much better since the refit. Coffee shop much better now, needs a bit more room to walk through and sit. Store has a huge range of products available and prices are good. Checkouts are a pain get to, only after walking through a narrow little maze, loads of checkouts but normally not enough cashiers. Range of made to measure curtains and made to order sofas etc are very nice and decent prices. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I ordered a single sofa bed which is great, but my 5 star review is for the Dunelm delivery service. Dunelm narrowed down the delivery slot to a 3 hour window the night before which was really helpful. Then on the day the driver called me one hour before to let me know their approximate delivery time, again so helpful! My chair was delivered by two really friendly people I think they were called Sam and Dan, I didn't write their names down so hopefully I'm right. They were quick and efficient. They found my building immediately and the correct entrance it's a large, old mill without issue, this rarely happens. They also brought the chair in to the building and lift with no problem or complaints. It's honestly the quickest delivery of furniture to and in to my building I've ever experienced. I would definitely order large furniture to be delivered again from Dunelm.

We went to your store on Tuesday 21 October. With our friend the service we received was outstanding. A lovely lady called Nickky went out of  her way to help our friend who has parkinsons. Nickky couldn't have done more to help she kept checking on our friend to help her with her choices what a fabulous lady she is.please also all the staff were brilliant as well.so thank you store for your outstanding customer servicenMy friend came away a very happy lady with her shopping  Nikky you were fabulous. Xxx

A member of staff named Jen went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my items, I wasn’t able to speak to a manager in store but I just wanted to pass on my gratitude and make management aware that Jen displayed amazing customer service and I hope she is recognised for this as I know working in retail at this time of year is never easy and people are quick to post negative feedback and often the good feedback doesn’t get shared so I hope that Jen is able to be recognised for her hard work
