Love this shop. They stock great quality quilts at good prices. There are so many choices in home furnishings, and there is something for everyone. You can pick up some great bargains on bedding.nI will most definitely recommend this shop to family & friends.

I consider myself an average customer spending around £1,000 a year in Dunelm. I always buy their higher end quality products but absolutely awful customer service has put me off and left a bad taste. I attempted to return a bedspread after only one day because it was too large. I took great care to repack it almost perfectly but the seal was obviously broken on the packaging. Failing the criteria for bedding returns. You would think management discretion would have allowed it but NO. A profound flat, rude, inconsiderate NO. I’ll NEVER shop there again. Awful policy and an awful response in the store.
Lovely store, great selection of products and really reasonably priced in my opinion. Car park can get a little chaotic at times though!
