Visited today.  I was dreading looking for bedlinen, our bed isn't a standard size and we need a flat sheet, not easy to find believe me!nnSpoke with an incredibly helpful young woman, and sorted out nearly all that I wanted, more stock due on Wednesday.nnTook what I'd bought out to be checked for R's approval and decided to get another set.  Popped back in but they didn't have a full set, spoke to another wonderfully helpful person at the till, a young man this time.  He checked that the other bits were due in on Wednesday and suggested that they could be ordered on line.  In fact he offered to order them for me, there and then.nnI can't believe just how easy it all was, what I thought was going to be a chore, and take ages, was easy and a pleasant task.  I haven't shopped here for some time, you don't get new bed linen that often, but I know that I reviewed Dunelm then to say how good they were.   It's great to see that the staff are consistently brilliant, and I'd like to thank them for their help and kindness.

Always a pleasure to submit an excellent review for retail but particularly today at Dunelm Kingsbury Road I was given prompt courteous assistance from Victoria who was busy when I asked for help but she was happy to assist me and gave me product advice as well. Thanks so much this is my favourite branch of Dunelm. Keep up the good work guys

Amari and Anna did a brilliant job as my granddaughter would have been disappointed if I didn't get a particular child's duvet set. They both took the time to check stock and found you can only get the single set online YET double set in store! Thank you both for your patience and understanding. Ordering was done quickly and confirmed. Excellent service and both a credit to Dunhelm.

I love this Dunelm shop which located in Erdington jaguar works.nAll type of home equipments, mattress pillow blanket etc , kitchen utensils price varies frm low to high are available.nnCeramic and glass Products are neatly packed individually . Product qualities are so good. Good place to buy home needs at one place, free parking with good space.nnCafe canteen is also available at mezzanine during day to relax for a while.
