I ordered a Christmas tree via click and collect on my email I was informed that after two hours my item would be ready. I received a further email saying that my item was available to collect from the store, I live in Bury and made a half an hour drive to Trafford in order to collect this. When I queued up to the till to inform a member of staff of my click and collect purchase, I was greeted by an older female store clerk who  insisted that I would have received texts informing me that my order was ready. There seemed to be some confusion as all my correspondence was via email, she was very short and impatient with me about this as I showed her my confirmation, I was made to wait some time for my order in store. However the member of staff who handed me my order was very pleasant and polite.

Nice looking store and very tidy, staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice and some great ideas for the home. Big choice in bedding and towels. Lovely curtain section with so many beautiful fabrics. Plenty of parking and as it's at the far end of the retail park there's lots of spaces free. Has a coffee shop upstairs where you can hide out and relax while everyone else is shopping.

Thoroughly disappointed that Dunelm don't seem to sell curtain header tapes and hooks anymore. I have used Dunelm products for as long as I can remember I'm in my 60's.nIt was bad enough when they stopped selling the fabric on the roll. They have no thought for the customers who want to make their own and not buy everything in a plastic packet. Or pay the shocking prices to have curtains made which are never as good as you can do yourself.nI'm sad at the way this company is going.

Poor click and collect system waited 15 mins without a member of staff then waited another 10 for my item. Joke of a shop. It would be quicker to go and get it off the shelf yourself.

Shop's ok nice stuff but a lot of the stuff on the shelves is chipped or marked or the box is caved in a bit, just need to really inspect the product before buy! Ditto on the click & collect - it's a good service but always check as soon as you pick up as many things I have got home to find are marked or missing a bit - the best was a kettle without a lid!!! The cafe is ok but ... 2 teas arrived as just boiling water in pots, teabags dumped on side of tray - think this is the first I've ever been served a pot of tea like this & I visit a lot of cafes!!!!!
