Great that website shows stock levels and you can order for click and collect. Received an email when ready. That part was excellent. Unfortunately, fell down on the click and collect experience in store. I put the code in at the collection point and waited as sign says. After a while I asked the member of staff on the till whether anyone was on click and collect. She said he was refilling shelving, she spoke to him on her headphones and he then came to get my order. Not good that he seems to have ignored the message he should have received that I was waiting until another member of staff spoke to him.
We travelled across because it was advertised on their website as having a furniture display department, it does, but the amount of furniture available for viewing in the store was disappointing. Wasn't worth making the journey. On the whole a wide selection of other items, just not the wide selection of furniture expected so we could have just gone to a local store had we needed to shop at Dunelm.
Nice looking store and very tidy, staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice and some great ideas for the home. Big choice in bedding and towels. Lovely curtain section with so many beautiful fabrics. Plenty of parking and as it's at the far end of the retail park there's lots of spaces free. Has a coffee shop upstairs where you can hide out and relax while everyone else is shopping.
Great store and service with a smile. Can get busy in the car park.nI would recommend a visit. Lots of offers in store too that you don’t see on line, unless you’re looking!
Terrible!!nnWhere are the curtains I pad nearly £1000 for !?!?nnYour fitter came out with just the blinds we ordered! He had no idea where the curtains were.nnHere I am days later and I’m still no closer to knowing when or if you’ll ever come back to me to fit the curtains which were ordered at the same time as the blinds.nnIt’s impossible to contact anyone at your company, the phone at the branch just rings out. How am I supposed to know what’s going on or if I’ll get any further information.nnI’ve had to revert to this as the only form of communication possible … What a joke!
