A large Dunelm shop selling all the usual variety of household items you would expect from Dunelm.nnThe shop covers one floor and sells everything from soft furnishings and bedding, through to rugs, lighting, wall art and kitchen items.nnThere is also a Pausa cafe here located to the right of the shop entrance with approximately 20 tables. The cafe was quite quiet during our most recent visit but is generally quite popular.nnThere is a fairly large car park here shared with other shops in the retail park but most people parking near the shop will be visiting Dunelm or Home Bargains next door so you can usually find a parking space. There are also some disabled parking spaces located near the shop entrance.nnGetting into and out of the car park can take some time at busy periods as the road system wasn't really built for the amount of people visiting the retail park as this has increased significantly since it first opened.
Great store with lots of quality products and choice. The staff are incredible, friendly and kind. You guys make this Dunelm store the best one we have been to and we have been to many across the country.
Really helpful staff, Sarah helped us out with net curtains and other bits and bobs. She was very chatty, helpful and friendly. Managed to get everything we needed at a good price.
Trying to organise a collection of a package, told that they will collect it Tuesday, wait all day Tuesday no one arrives, reschedule for Thursday wait all day, no one arrives, call up to ask what's going on very passive aggressive delivery driver says that it should have been left at reception, and that it was inconvenient to have to come back the next day! It's inconvenient for me to have to stay home waiting for a collection and no one to bother to ring the doorbell on two separate occasions and then give an attitude because they couldn't be bothered to do their job. Will not be purchasing from this company again.
I'll just review the disappointing cafe. The coffee was OK. Despite a prominent poster for baked potato and drink for £6 I was charged full price. The baked potato was described as coming with a salad, but as you can see, there was none. The potato was overcooked but not very warm. The loos... the urinal was waterless, but they seem to think this means you don't clean it. It was stained yellow. Apparently, there was no loo paper in the ladies.nnYes I should have complained, I didn't, how very British.
