Went early evening as it would be quieter, and it was. Felt totally safe going into the store - separate entrance and exit, hand sanitizer available and floor clearly marked out for directions. Always amazed at the wonderful choice of goods in the store and the staff were very helpful.
Visited the Radcliffe store on Sunday 6th December. Pleasant experience. The girls behind the till were very helpful fixing an issue with a bedside lamp I had brought back in. A special thanks to a very polite young man called Kane who helped carry my click and collect order out.
Products arrived well before expected dates. Very pleased.
Bought a new jug. Matches kitchen, good quality. Staff super friendly. Had a cream tea in the cafe. Very enjoyable. Would recommend.
