How refreshing to have a pleasant stress free shopping experience.  I have just bought an armchair the guy on the shop floor was lovely very polite attentive and informative. The delivery notifications  were precise and consistent and the guy who delivered my chair was prompt and pleasant.  The end product is great quality so a great positive experience from start to finish ....well done Dunelm

As good as Dunelm is for soft furnishings and haberdashery, I do find it frustrating that more of the furniture it sells isn't in store, especially sofas, chairs, etc. items you absolutely want to sit on to ensure they're comfortable. It's done a good job of moving it's product range towards a younger audience, which is still millennials in their late 30s and 40s, which isn't exactly young, admittedly, but still, more furniture that I can actually road test please, if I'm forking out upwards of £1000 on a sofa, I expect to be able to sit on it beforehand.

Amazing quality, great place to shop if you are looking for decor items. 10/10 shopping experience. Lots of deals going on in stores.

Very poor customer service, specially one of them unprofessional and very arrogant. Their approach to customer support is absolutely disgusting. I’ve tried to raise complaint with her manager and formal complaint through customer service as well.
