As a family we have been coming to the Dunedin Clinic for about 3 years. We mostly see Mark, but have also been examined by other colleagues of his.  Without exception all the staff are absolutely lovely - nothing is ever too much trouble for the receptionists (always happy to help and make sure we have the most convenient appointments and juggle things round for us if necessary as we travel some distance to visit).  All the dentists have been friendly, gentle and reassuring and have explained any treatments clearly so we know what to expect. They are also very helpful on providing cost effective options when payments for treatment fall outside the payment plan. 
The clinic itself looks modern, bright and clean, the waiting room is welcoming (and the magazines are up to date!!) which all adds to the impression that you are in safe professional hands!

I have been seeing this dentist for years and is always a pleasure to be treated by. The staff are always happy and welcoming,and the dentist is extremely kind and considerate when in any pain or discomfort. I had a gum shield fitted recently and was a much better fit and feel than the shop bought one,would defiantly recommend!

Had an implant done, absolutely astounding experience. The customer care was flawless and it was so much more comfortable than I thought it would be. So pleased!

Whenever I have gone, I have always been happy with the service of all the staff from the receptionist to the dentist themselves. I have been a long term patient and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would highly recommend to others.

My young daughter clipped her front tooth, we were all very upset. When We saw Mark he was very reassuring and patient, and said he wouldn’t be a problem to fix. One visit later and it was all done, and we really can’t tell the difference. Excellent job Mark, we are all so pleased.
