Been a customer of. TELE TAXIS for almost 40 years never again, new owners have no customer service, just been using City Cabs for the last couple of months top service up to now only Taxi service I will use now well done CityCabs
I was going on holiday last month and booked a taxi which arrived in perfect time to take me to the bus station at Mal Maison. I left a bag in the back of the cab which I only noticed after the cab left. I called the office and the driver turned backed with my bag 2 minutes before the bus left. Great service. A massive big thank you to the driver whose name I didn't get. the 3 to the airport bus
Grandson left passport in Dundee before flying home for Christmas. Firm very helpful in acquiring the passport and meeting us half way in Perth. Grandson made his flight! Great service all round. Many thanks for all your efforts.
Depending when you book taxi, service can run late when booked on app but when you phone up the coordinators usually sort it out pretty quickly. Have had mainly decent experiences with this taxi company, have some very lovely drivers like Driver 117, very nice and chatty Got me to my location on time
MOBIN the manager was a LEGEND! Quick reaction and proactive to an urgent situation and managed to get us safely to our destination in time himself, and on a busy NYE day. Highly recommend their service!
Very rude coordinator who told me that I needed one hour for a journey of 15 minutes. At the time of pick up they did not arrive on time and then again the coordinator again said that the taxi had arrived and said I was a no show, which certainly was not the case. Horrific. I have never met such a arrogant man in my entire life. Reminded him 4 times I would like to stop for food. And when we drove past it he said “NO WE COST EXTRA FOR THAT” bearing in mind I had to pay 60 within the first second of being in the car. Will definitely be sticking to birkhill taxis, what an absolute joke!!! Such an arrogant man. 0 customer service skills. Will be reported.
Booked a taxi for an early morning drop off at the x90 airport bus stop, months in advance. Company called at 3am on the night of travel to enquire if we still needed their service which I responded that we did. Company then ensured me that the driver would be waiting for us at 4am to take us to our airport bus which had been booked. 4am came and no taxi, I called at 4.05 and was told it was on its way. Driver did not arrive until 4.20am!!! Driver then drove like a maniac to get us in to town to make our 4.30am airport bus. The driver got us there with 4 minutes to spare. We had no other means of transport and would have missed our airport bus and most likely our flights and holiday too which would have resulted in a £4k loss!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
Prompt service on Christmas Day, despite being busy they kept in touch. Lovely driver who put on the heated seats in the rear and played music in request. Couldn't fault them!Service: Limousines
These people are cons, do not book with them. I booked to be picked from Dundee Train Station. Price agreed at £65. 5 minutes before being picked up, the driver calls and ups the price to £90. This is immoral behaviour and no way for a taxi from to behave. These guys cannot be trusted and they will leave you in a limbo.
