I've been using 505050 Taxis in Dundee for years now. I've had the occasional issue during peak times but the vast majority of journeys have been fast, efficient and professional. I book most of my journeys with the iPhone app, which allows you to store common addresses for ease of use.
Well it's been 40 minutes, 3 phone calls, and a downloading of the app and one just finally showed up. 3rd phone call was unapologetic, only attitude and no offer for any discount. Avoid this company like the plague.
I used 505050 while in Dundee on business and the cars were on-time, clean and drivers very courteous GREAT SERVICE
Would give 0 stars but can't. Woman on the phone line attitude disgusting! Taxi didn't come and when I phoned back she was rude, cheeky and then hung up on me. Disgusting service. Would never use again!'
