My husband booked a 3 night stay for my birthday at this hotel to stay in November. He paid in full at the time.We received an email to say that they cannot sell the rooms anymore and as a measure of goodwill they will refund us, what a cheek, it was they who were cancelling not us!. We have sent numerous emails regarding the refund, as at today 17th November, we have not heard from them nor received a refund! I guess once the refugees have been rehoused they will re-open again to the public?? To say that we are disappointed, is an understatement! Our money went into someone's pocket. We will never ever again pay in full ever again. Lesson learnt!

We went on a Wowcher - the grounds were beautiful, an amazing live band played in the Secret Garden on Sunday - made my year! The food was delicious and the staff could not have been more attentive. Just what we needed to recuperate after this awful year, would definitely go back.

Worst company. Unprofessional and will not own up to their mistakes! Sort it out.
