If you want to put your life in your own hands, so be it. First joined, I received no site induction. I was given a brief guide to the tractor unit on my first day. I mean very brief. On my last day working there. Was given keys to a different tractor unit which I haven't driven before. Most of the controls in it, I didn't understand as most of them had no indication, for example drive and reverse, you had to guess if you were in the right gear. The yard is like a big mud bath, the toilets are a disgrace and parking you car, don't get me started on that. People walking around the yard with no hi vis especially one's from the office and the yard is so busy. Don't know if anybody has been seriously injured are killed there.
