Today I, and four others had afternoon tea in the hotel. Staff made us most welcome and were very accommodating bringing a high chair for my young grandson. the service was prompt, friendly and courteous. The food was really excellent and there was a very good selection of both savoury and sweet treats. The surroundings were lovely and very relaxing. Definitely recommend!
My grandma came to visit and we brought her up to Belfast for a few nights. We all absolutely loved our stay. Staff, particularly Helen, was so friendly and helpful the entire time we stayed there. We got afternoon tea one day and it was the best afternoon tea I've ever had. The pool was lovely and we loved getting to watch the weddings go on during our stay. We will definitely stay again. Food & drinks: Food was lovely, excellent choices. Cocktails were made perfectly.
Spent a Sunday night here with my partner recently as a birthday present for her. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the accommodation spacious and very comfortable and the food excellent in both quality and quantity. The grounds were really lovely and we took the chance to sit out there in the sun and enjoy the peace and tranquility. Very highly recommend this hotel to others to enjoy.
Went with a tour group. The staff were lovely but service was slow and I felt like the staff didn't know what they were doing. Was promised a twin room but was given a double. No entertainment at night and beer is expensive. Comfy bed. Decent shower.
Reception staff not very amicable. Nice place but not much of a vibe / buzz about it. Felt like you had to be quiet and unobtrusive. Did not stay so cannot comment on rooms. Did check prices tho....dearer than dunsilly which in my opinion is a better choiceService: 3/5
Would not return again. Went for anniversary tried to charge twice. Receptionist was miserable and not helpful. Beds were really badly split in the middle. Big spider on the wall. Someone's room service was left there all day and night with flys around the plate. Tried to speak to receptionist but had 0 customer service. Went for breakfast next day was asked if I wanted toast I said yeah but didn't get any had to go ask for it. Only good point was bartender was really nice. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
The food was distinctly average and the service was quite poor. Staff didn’t seem to write down the orders which resulted in a number of staff repeatedly coming over with food the table had not ordered. Was here earlier in the summer for a wedding too and the service in that occasion was equally poor. I think I’ll head elsewhere next time given the choice.

My stepdaughter's wedding was held here and what a magical place for a wedding. The outside ceremony was fantastic as great care was taken to make it a great wedding venue. The grounds were spacious and immaculately kept. The staff couldn't do enough for everybody and it all made for a perfect day. I can't comment on the rooms as I didn't stay here.
