I've been going to this orthodontist for years now and I love the service and professionalism I get it's amazing.nDr stojanka is the best dentist in the place, without a doubt. She is a wonderful woman and a good human. So accurate in her work and she treats children like her own. Amazing.nRugie her assistant is just as good. Amazing.nAnd finally Kayleigh the receptionist what a beautiful woman inside and outside. Always goes the extra mile to get the best for you she is so kind and caring and always has a smile on her face. Don't change for no one ladies please stay as you are.nI couldn't recommend this place enough but these staff members make it 100% better.nThank you for all your help.
Frank was very friendly and attended to us to the best of his ability, making it a great experience, I definitely reccomend this orthodontist centre for their service.
it started back in 2021 when i first got my braces. everything seemed fine. i go in for my next few appointments and now i have to have 2 springs put in to make space for the 2 teeth that need to come forward. again fine. my next appointment the man i don’t remember his name but he was asian with black hair said i no longer needed the springs and that he was now going to put the brace on the 2 teeth that needed to come forward. this is where it started to go downhill!!! the brace about after a week popped off of one of the 2 teeth and i went back to which a lady done it. then it pops off again on that same tooth! again i go back and get it fixed. mind you this is now going on my record as a broken brace!!!! the 3rd time i go back for the same break on the same brace the woman i saw said “this isn’t right, the reason the brace keeps breaking is because there’s still not enough space for it to come through, i will make sure to put it on your record that’s why” to which she put the spring back on! so now many appointments later and 2 broken brace on my records i’m back to where i was months ago! so time goes on everything seems to be going well. i then have a few appointments that i have to cancel. they where due to many important factors that my southwark social services communicated with them. now it comes to an appointment where i get there and i go upstairs to my appointment after waiting 45 minutes that the same man who done my braces wrong 3 times told me that he can’t see me today and i need a “longer appointment” so i have to rebook and come back! which i was shocked by as he saw me last time and didn’t tell me or the reception that when i was last there or when i booked my next appointment! so then had to wait around a month and a half for the next appointment! then i have my next appointment… my appointment after that i am then told “HE HAD TO BE LET GO”!!!! the orthodontist that had done my braces wrong 3 times and booked me for the wrong appointments! i then fell very ill and could not come to my orthodontist appointment “to which my social worker had let them know” i then had my next appointment. now a few days before my next appointment i receive a letter saying that they was discharging me from their care as i had “too many missed appointments” and “too many breakages”!! i thought i was being pranked. i then went to my appointment that week to which the brand new dentist told me i was being discharged because i had had my braces on for “nearly 4 years longer than they expected” which is a lie since i got my braces on in december 2021! it hadn’t even been 2 and a half years! i then called the orthodontist a few days after my appointment to which they did not care basically saying it was all my fault and they’re coming off! then she was trying to sell me £400 retainers at the same time!! because my “treatment wasn’t finished” i couldn’t get one on the NHS. which is funny since another review here said she was told 95-400. anyway. so my next appointment was supposed to be my removal since they no longer wanted to have me there. i go to my appointment. on time. early in-fact. TO WHICH I AM TOLD THEY NEED TO REBOOK BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO BOOK ME FOR A LONGER APPOINTMENT TO TAKE THE BRACES OFF. and again she tried to sell me £400 retainers. this practice is a joke. they only care about their rich clients. if it’s anything to do with the NHS they will rush, mistreat you. they rescheduled with me many of times, done my braces wrong!!! caused my treatment to delay around 6months - 1 year when that man kept putting the brace on an unready space! and yet blamed me for missed appointments that where cancelled by my social worker for health reasons! the man was actually let go by the practice! who knows for what!? i will be contacting the integrated care board and the parliamentary and health service ombudsman. please trust me when i say this orthodontic centre does not care about you if you’re on the NHS! unless you are private and paying they do not care.
i have never felt such pain in my life. i can’t even eat! they’re meant to close a small gap and didn’t even warn me that it would get so painful i can’t eat. I don’t know how im meant to brush my front two teeth if i can’t even eat food. no warning or anything! The dentist cut me on the mouth with her tools several times across my visits and also is way to forceful like she’s trying to kill me. She’s also just rude. Once she cut my gums and said it was my fault for moving but how can i move when you’re gripping my head!!!! I hate this place and whenever i go i feel the flames of hell embracing me. Do not go here if you can
Had an appointment today, we were running late to which I called and notified the receptionist we were running late with about 10-15 minutes. In the end we arrived 16minutes late but we couldn’t be seen.nnMy point is, several times we’ve arrived on time and been made to wait up to half an hour because they the orthodontist are running late themselves to which we’ve waited patiently, but when it was our turn there was no showing mercy considering we’d come from far…
