I had an eyelash tint - it lasted 24 hours then washed off 
I also asked for my eyebrows to be tidied up- but they are now  off balance  and different to each other.
I had a bikini wax which is fine.
The beauty room was very basic. Looked like it was wasn't quite finished.
The wax was sort of at my head to my right. The therapist had to walk round me with hot wax to get to the opposite side!

Hi, been a couple of times to have my hair done and always been happy. Today was very disappointing with POOR customer service. 😳 will not be back.
