Went here for the first time earlier today on the recommendation of the person who is going to be laying new tiles in our home. Shop/showroom layout was very impressive, clean, and organised. Everything was displayed really well and labelled clearly - a very large range of tiling options. When I required help/advice on what to buy, the sales manager could not have been more helpful. In one short visit everything was chosen, ordered and the delivery arrangements made to my complete satisfaction. I can highly recommend this business. Thank you.
Tile range is very good,found displays of bathrooms didnt really flow as well as other showrooms I've visited.Tile prices seemed good but furniture seemed expensive.

Awful service. Found the tiles we wanted paid in full but could not collect on the day. Received phone call that there was a shortage of two tiles, as we had 10% extra no problem. Went to collect then stated five tiles short, on checking it was ten tiles short. Requested refund value on their books was less than we paid and was stated on our receipt. Only pennies but what a rip off. Never again.
We went to DTW as it is a local company, never again. Danny designed our bathroom for us. He made a mistake which our builder fortunately spotted and rectified. He assured us that the shower would work without the installation of a pump, it doesn't. We would be better off pouring a bucket of water over our heads. The wrong toilet unit was delivered, a mistake the company rectified but our unit arrived filthy dirty and it turns out that somebody had taken several of the fittings necessary for installing the toilet and basin out of the bag they were in. This meant that we had no working toilet or basin. When I rang them to report the problem I was greeted by a gentleman who sounded completely disinterested and was told that it would take a week for them to issue replacements! I was less than pleased but the company representative seemed unconcerned. He rang back eventually but by this time we had bought the necessary fixings but it was too late in the day to install the toilet or basin, even more disgruntled now. Never again will we go there again. We now have to rip the bathroom apart again and spend £500 getting our builder to install a pump so that we can have a decent wash as we have no other washing facility. A joke from beginning to end.
Lovely showroom, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gareth and the team really know what they’re talking about. I can not recommend them enough. I will be telling all my family and friends. Gareth listened to what I needed, had amazing knowledge on products and how everything worked, he worked hard to ensure I was totally happy. I’ll never buy a bathroom from anywhere else!
Very happy with the quality of the bathroom we ordered however we were told at the point of ordering that an additional shower hose would be included and when I questioned it was subsequently told that this hadn't been said. My partner was there at the time and confirmed that we had indeed been told that this would be included This resulted in me paying extra for it. Also not impressed with my bathroom fitter being told that "we can't always have what we want" when he called up to chase a missing panel from a unit I had ordered after he had been assured it would be in on a certain day. Shocking customer service and after sales care...
We are really pleased with our beautiful DTW supplied and designed bathroom. We had a few issues along the way, as to be expected with the complexities of such a project, but these were efficiently sorted by Gavin at the showroom and our installers, All Hours Drain and Plumbing, another Portsmouth company.
The guys were really helpful and the service was first class. The tiles we bought are great and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back for more tiles soon. Would highly recommend buying from here.
