DSY are currently re-roofing my house in Alloa. Having discovered a leak on New Years Day, I phoned David (the owner) and he came out to assess the situation the very next day (regardless of the fact it was January 2nd and he should've probably been on holiday!). My roof was in its original state (140 years old) and, after a thorough assessment, we agreed that re-roofing was the best and most cost effective solution.

David and his team are excellent tradesmen. They arrive on time, they work solidly (albeit this is impossible in snow / heavy rain) and are always polite and communicative. David is very clear about talking me through progress and has made me feel very much at ease and confident in the abilities of DSY.

I'll write a further review once the job is complete but, based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend them.

Had to put one star  to be able to submit, but deserves NO stars.. This person is unreliable.. twice he let me down, no way was he getting a third chance.
