DS Removals moved some furniture for us today and it all went smoothly. The price was the best quote. We would definitely recommend them to family & friends.
Use this company! Moving home is always stressful. And online quotes are scary, especially when the quote is sight unseen. DS contacted me right away and visited before giving a very reasonable quote. Also very helpful advice given. So helpful. The move us still a few weeks away but DS gave me confidence. Will report back after the move. Cheers
2 lads that did the removal were professional and polite, my tv was unfortunately broken and on my wife calling to notify the company was called a liar. I then called on my wife's behalf and was greeted with " and who are you to her". TV is not the end of the world, but the audacity of the owner to call my wife and myself a liar and not take responsibility has prompted us to take further action. Consumer rights Scotland and trading standards have been informed.
