Can't rate Mark and Dry Green highly enough. Customer service is excellent, the collection and pick-up is convenient, and I like the fact that they take an environmentally friendly approach. I wouldn't use anyone else in Leeds.
Pair of curtains were returned with black marks all over them. Had to buy new curtains as they were ruined. No response from the company to rectify the matter. Would not recommend.
Mark dry cleaned my wedding dress and my husband's tux perfectly. We used them again today, and their customer care was excellent. Mark was flexible in rearranging our delivery slots when we were unable to get home in time. Love the free collection and delivery option
I had foolishly left it very late to get my suit cleaned before my friends’ wedding. I called Dry Green and spoke with Mark and explained that I needed the suit cleaned by the next day instead of the usual 48-hour turnover. Mark told make the booking online and he’d be right over to collect my suit and have it back to me the next morning. He collected the suit right away that morning, and to my surprise returned it perfectly cleaned and crease free in the afternoon of the same day! The suit looked and smelled brand new. Mark was extremely pleasant to speak with via call, text and in person. My partner had previously used Dry Green for a dress cleaning and so I was able to use a referral code she sent me for £5 discount too. The code also gave her £5 off her next order and so we used Dry Green again to book a suit, shirt, blouse, and dress cleaning – all returned immaculate and fresh within 48 hours. Absolutely brilliant product and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Dry Green based on three very positive experiences we’ve had with them, and I will be using them in future. It's fantastic that they use an environmentally friendly cleaning system, which is why I chose Dry Green in the first place. They collect from your door and deliver your items back to you in pristine condition. Their prices are also competitive with other dry cleaning services that use harmful chemicals. Very sad to be writing a bad review for this service, but after several attempts to resolve the issue privately I'm afraid that I have been left utterly disappointed by Dry Green. We have used them previously with few issues apart from rarely collecting at the requested time but on this occasion we had two pillows delivered back to us damp to the touch and dotted all over with mould/mildew. We immediately emailed and left messages with the company requesting that they re-clean the pillows, but that was almost three weeks ago and we are still stuck with the mouldy pillows. A representative contacted us on email to explain they'd been ill and could collect that same day, but when we explained that wasn't convenient and offered an alternative date, we heard nothing further. It has now been over a week and again, no contact. Pillows are likely now going to be binned as it's been so long and I expect they are filled with mould inside as well as out, leaving us out of pocket and out of patience.
I have used DryGreen for many years and have found them to be a professional, reliable and very friendly service. I would recommend them for their speed of pick up, delivery and the presentation of beautifully, laundered clothes. Their costs are reasonable and well within my budget I would never use anyone else!
I am not one for leaving reviews but I could not recommend Dry Green more. I have used them on more than one occasion and the service is excellent. Most recently I got a brand new pink coat stuck in a taxi door and got black grease all over the bottom. I contacted a specialist stain removal dry cleaners as I assumed it would need a lot of work who told me they couldn't help me essentially and it wouldn't come out. I decided to see if dry green could help and they have removed the entire stain you would have no idea it had been damaged. Could not recommend the Dry green team enough.
Matt was really friendly and helpful. I was sceptical as my wedding dress was really filthy and I honestly didn't know how they would get it clean. It has come back as good as new! I can't recommend this company enough, I will definitely be using them again
I was anxious about handing over my wedding dress however I could not be happier with the results. My dress was heavily stained with mud from our winter wedding and it now looks brand new! The team are extremely responsive and contacted me immediately when I chased delivery. I can see my dress has been handled with care and I will be shouting out about how good the service was overall :
