Absolutely amazing service - the best you'll find and great value too! I don't usually write reviews but i feel the need to here. A (very expensive) white blazer i had sitting in my wardrobe for months had alcohol stains all over it. They picked it up for my work within 30 minutes - I asked them to do what they could and hours later received a phone call. Their usual dry clean wasn't enough for the stains to come out so they rang to ask permission if they could give it a proper wash - which I was happy to agree to after the well informed gent spoke to me about how they 'do it'. They text me the next day to ensure my jacket would be dropped off at my local depot. Upon arriving i was greeted and dealt with straight away - they only charged me £7. My jacket was fine and i was very impressed indeed. For all the hassle they went through of dry cleaning it and washing it again I feel like I robbed them! But i cant say a bad word, i'll definitely be going back and will be telling everyone about them. Top marks!

I was tempted in by the very reasonable cost and the promise that my clothes would be collected from my property. Only problem was that the collection never happened and despite me calling Dry Green several times on the day (and leaving a voicemail) I was unable to get through to anyone. In the end, having put several hours of my time aside to wait for a collection that never happened, I decided to walk across town to the branch on Wellington Street to drop my clothes off there. Unfortunately the lady at the branch was unable to advise and recommended that I continue to attempt to call the Kirkstall Rd number, as I had hoped at least the clothes would be delivered back to me. As you might guess I had no such luck getting through again although when I did (resignedly) call back to the branch a couple of days later, fortunately my clothes were there and ready for collection. Despite the experience, my dry-cleaned clothes did appear to be good order which is obviously the main thing and perhaps given the good value saves my rating here from being 2 star

Excellent value for money dry cleaners - they collect and deliver at my place of work at no extra charge. Always friendly and down to earth service from James - he brightens up my day. Good to know that they don't use harsh chemicals too.

Great customer service, I like the fact I can drop my suits in on my one day off and they drop them off at work. Even when little mishaps happen they go out of their way to get thing to you. Would Highly recommend. Best Dry Cleaners I have ever used!

Excellent service. Suits look brand new. No chemical smell! They even replaced a button on my jacket without request. Highly recommended.
