My £300 jacket was completely ruined after dry cleaning here. The manager refused to acknowledge any participation in the ruining of my jacket, refused to take responsibility, told me my jacket was fake, was downright rude, and at one point told me to "leave my store". NEVER AGAIN.

Decent quality, VERY bad customer service. One of the 2 shops they have in Egham lost my clothing and gave me the wrong clothing and then didnt take responsibility.They are kind when accepting your money, but when something goes wrong they will just ignore it and say it's not their problem.
