I would have no problem recommending Drummond miller to anyone looking for a solicitor. Liesa Spiller fought our corner in a medical negligence claim we were having difficulty with. From the start to finish Liesa laid out how we would proceed with this case, she spoke each member of my family involved in the claim, Took statements from everyone of us, she chased down medical files, and organised expert reports to make sure we were on solid ground and regularly kept us informed by email on how the case was progressing. Myself and my family could never have got the result we got without her help. A more dedicated professional you couldn’t find. Thank you so much Liesa.

After having so many problems with my spouse visa in an appeal and trying to find the right lawyer, I was lucky to have Lauryn McCrorie. She was so good, honest, straight forward, professional and won my appeal. I highly recommend her, she is the best.

Awful, simply awful!  The valuation agent arrived a week early for viewing and insisted we had it wrong despite using their automated valuation request tool for a later date. There was no substantive material apology and found the tone of the firm so rude despite what was a really basic error on their part.  A manager called me during a busy day despite my previous insistance I did not have the time to discuss the mistake further. Rather I had simply reaffirmed the orginal appointment was confirmed and expected a mark improvement in their performance. That "Head of Estate Agency" unilaterally then cancelled the appointment-  "As a business we can choose who we work for and it is not an obligation of ours to act on behalf of anyone..."  In sum, Edinburgh, and Central Scotland generally, have numerous of conveyancing; and property marketing providers. All are regulated and would strongly encourage anyone to use an alternative provider rather than Drummond Miller.

Exceptional legal services. Used them for immigration matters and even with a complicated case they handled it professionally throughout. Sarah Jack is top notch.

Limited interactions with DM, but they were not the most professional outfit.  Tried to arrange a house viewing: had to phone 3 times over 5 days; on each call I was promised a call-back that never occurred. On attempt 4 I finally got a viewing, only for said viewing to be cancelled and pushed back by 4 days; by that point the property had gone.  I can only assume this was a momentary blip in their estate agent branch's quality of service.
