I have now given up on this medical centre; sadly because I had developed great relationship with Dr. Amanda. But I can't face calling them again for the 5th time in a year to chase an external appointment. There is only so many times I can be fobbed off and ignored. Rude. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. The receptionist flatly refused to pronounce my name correctly, though I had politely corrected her numerous times. "That's not how I say it" is simply not good enough. I would advise this surgery to stop ignoring the feedback they are clearly receiving online - they are the lowest rated surgery in Drumcondra now and probably for very good reason...

Disappointingly rude receptionists on the front desk and phone. The sign "I'd love to help you but I don't have my magic wand" is so utterly insensitive for a doctor's surgery, but it's effective in that it sets the tone for this practice. Rude and dismissive. It's such a shame because Dr. A Maguire was always fantastic and pleasant. You just have to wrestle wasps to get to her.

Horrible practice receptionist on the call is so rude. You try to make any enquiry and they won't even speak with you since they are fully booked. Well this for sure I'll never will step my foot in the practise again.
