Nice lattes and cakes. Tables needed bussing. Lots of folks behind counter, only two serving.
Some of the food is really nice, but overpriced. Staff seem a little bit moody. Although one time I was waiting patiently at the counter for almost 10 mins and not one person came to see me. One of the ladies took one look and just went into the kitchen. It was pretty awkward. Me just standing there for ages with other customers/diners staring at me. In the end I just walked out.
Place was really busy, I was told by the manager I had to find my own table and join it up for 4 ppl. She was very stand offish and quite rude, young girl on till was lovely and friendly. Afternoon cakes were lovely but sandwiches were boring and not much variety for vegetarians the selection was the same. Will not be going back..ever.
Used to come here all the time in 2013. Disappointed with service and quality of food. Had coffee and croquet monieur. Toastie was Luke warm and so was coffee. I had my two year old granddaughter with me so not easy to queue up and complain. Will think twice about coming again.
Over priced. Poor service. Unfriendly staff. Even when I've emailed feedback to head office the replies have been terrible. Copy and paste email with no reference to the points raised. If you're thinking of going here, don't. M&S cafe next door serves better food and drink with much better service levels.
I visited with my husband and everything was just lovely. Staff members are kind, friendly and helpful. Food is a generous portion for two. We will definitely come again.
Called into Druckers, last week with a friend for Lunch. Stood there abt 10 mins, was totally ignored by the staff, just a look and walked off. At the end we just left .... Such rude miserable staff. They all need to go on a Customer service training course ...... Terrible attitude they have ......
Hot inside badly designed dark excessively slow not great quality sometimes . Staff always run off their feet and not enough of them I think.
Coffee very weak. Scones stale. Staff not at all friendly or helpful.
OK for a quick snack and a coffee
