Extremely worst experience with Dronsfields Oldham. Ring them about a steering rack. Told me available from a 2022 Vito and need to pay before taken off the car. I ask him what will happened if we don't like the part condition or if it's not from 2022 vehicle. I ask him if come their and have a look than pay . Danny on the phone said it's okay. Bluf me some one else is coming for the same part. He wants to make me the payment. I said I am fine will come and have look Traveled 45 Miles. An other guy bring the part to the counter and said it's from a 2021 model without the full part. I told him don't make me fool. It's from a 2016 model car as I know the part had a date code on it. Than said other one from a 2022 model still on the vehicle. It will take days to take off. Avoid this place if you can found the part somewhere else. Worst service Lie about parts life and year came from. I know that's why caught them. Impossible for normal person
I can't rate Dronsfields highly enough. I usually only go there for parts, but I tried them for a gearbox service, & they were by far the cheapest option, but gave my car a health check whilst they carried out the work. I live miles away, so I requested to wait for my car. They happily obliged & kept me filled with coffee, tea & snacks. They're seriously professional & know exactly what they're talking about. I have an intermittent fault with my convertible roof, which I won't be using as the winter months draw near, but the B Service is due, & they said they'll do a full MB check on the roof, the service & also service the front & rear differentials & set the car's geometry, so everything is 100%, whilst I wait. It's not just the price that's great. It's the fact they're Mercedes Benz / AMG specialists who know exactly what they're talking about, with zero BS. I wish I'd thought of using their service & bodyshop facilities years ago! A complete one-stop shop for ALL things Mercedes AMG! Brilliant!
Dave was absolutely outstanding. From a very poor description I gave him, he identified the part I needed and arranged next day shipment. He was really helpful over the phone and sent me photos of the part I needed before I ordered. Really really great service. A massive 5 stars from me.
came for a small part , chris one of the staff went out of his way to make sure the part fitted and evan checked it was the right one for me by fitting it to the car , overall the staff are really friendly and hopefully. great service
placed an order for 4 parts on the website on 21st July and 3 weeks later I'm still no closer to having them, Site says that "most" parts will be next day but there may be a slight delay if the parts need removing from a vehicle which is understandable. But what they don't tell you is that the photos of the parts are not what they sell you, and there's a good chance that they don't even have them at all. I called up after a week of not hearing anything at all to be told "yes sorry, someone has been assigned to get them removed, you'll have them next week". Left it another week to be told "oh when the vehicle came into stock it was more damaged that we thought, should have another in tomorrow so will let you know". Yet another week goes by and still nothing, call again and get the exact same "was too damaged" but nobody thought to let me know. They said that someone would be in touch in the next few days to see what can be arranged, when told that I would be requesting a refund if nothing by the following week they said we will definitely be in touch before then and not to worry. 20 minutes later they had just refunded with no call. Awful service, selling parts they don't have and no communication at all, will not be recommending anybody order from here

I was looking for the part of engine cover of my E220d. It is a small product and the way the customer service officer looked for it was very impressive. He helped me out of it. I believe his name was Jamie. Whatever his name is who care. He was a star that I care. Well done keep it up. thank you for your time and effort.
Worse service that I ever had in my life , "best guys" from parts team Danny and Vinny trying to deceive you in any way . From my own experience , I've order parts for £800 , parts come in couple of days with they own driver , parts wasn't wrapped , protected , nothing . All parts what you buy from them is great just one pictures , when they've arrive all dented , deep scratched and even wrong parts . When you trying to return them back for refund , they want you to post them from your own expense even if this wasn't your fault , if you trying to get an compromise with them and to order something else and when they deliver parts to send wrong one back , they will send them not for £25 with they own driver but for £75+vat trough third party so you can send damaged ones back they will do anything to delay this into 14 days so you won't get you money back . Costumer service also doesn't work . Bellow you can see what I've ordered and what received . Will recommend to never have deal with them,  as you will remain with no money and no right , damaged parts .
Chloe has been absolutely amazing with me from the moment I took my car in to collecting it. Great service, kept communication with me throughout and kept me posted with the progress of my car, managed to get it sorted earlier than anticipated which I was extremely grateful for. Would definitely recommend these guys, although a little pricier than other, they supply genuine Merc parts and Chloe’s service has been exceptional. Above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you Chloe, a real asset to the team!
I contacted them via ebay for part for my mercedes SLK received a rude message back no respect for their customers considering reporting them to eBay customer services avoid these people go somewhere else plenty of other breakers customers get treated with respect these people do not deserve 1 star for their attitude
