Nice little space, with trails leading into woodland. Don't be misled, though, a lot of them are dead-ends! Nice place to relax and have something to eat and enjoy the peace and quiet, even though it's close to a main road.
Slightly underwhelming unfortunately. Looks like it's been neglected over the years and become victim to some flytipping. With a good tidy up it could be nicer. Also quite small. Good location next to the railway though. Great if you like trains.....which I do!
I didn't intentionally go there, but saw a squirrel in a tree, which proves it works.
Small green space neatly tucked away behind the main Dronfield to Unstone road. Neat, though damp path runs from the starting gate round the park and down to the wooded stream, before coming back up to the seasonal pond. No amenities, but a few benches, rubbish bins, dog waste containers. Also rubbing posts for the kids to make transfers of wild animal footprints and leaf shapes. Should be a nice place, come summer.
Looks a little neglected but lovely walk through trees. Plenty of wildlife. Bird feeder empty for a long time by the look of it. Pond dried up but that's climate change for you.
It's ok but still require a lot of work. I don't mind bushy areas but nettles and blackberry jungle ain't something I would consider as plants we need to preserve and admire.
hardly any flowers even this time of year Aug. Effort made by stumps for paper rubbings and information board on entry. Great for viewing any passing trains.
Great facility but a bit run down: overgrown paths too steep in places for a wheelchair and missing information boards. Would like it to be tidied up.
Great place to walk the dogs. Well recommendedVisited onWeekendWait timeNo wait
Nice and quiet during my time here and would recommend this facility to anyone else.
