I rang the Surgery on 2nd January, 2024 expecting a long wait on the phone. The phone was answered within 3 or 4 minutes! A very pleasant and helpful Doctor rang me back within 30 minutes and issued a prescription. Incredible service on probably the busiest day of the year for the Surgery. Thank you all at Dronfield Medical Practise.
Today 2.1.24 is no doubt one of the busiest days for a Medical practice. I requested a telephone appointment and was called back by a lovely Dr less than 30 mins later. So professional whilst still being approachable and friendly.nnNot just today but throughout being registered at the practice all the members of my family have had amazing service. Especially though Covid and when my two children were small. Well done Dronfield Medical - much appreciated!
I had never really had to use the surgery until having my baby. The care both of us have received since has been fantastic. We are always able to get an appointment when needed and the surgery really take baby's health problems very seriously which is so reassuring as a new mum. Every doctor I have seen has been fantastic with us. I've lived in a few places over the years and been to several surgeries and this is by far the best experience I've had. Thank you.
Looking after the patients is always their priority, but sometimes restricted by government cutbacks.
I had a couple of issues booking an appointment, however the practice manager was incredibly responsive when I have feedback. I've been really impressed with support from Dr Grayson, who has been consulting with me over the phone. Even via phone she is incredibly kind and compassionate. She goes above and beyond and you don't feel like you are just one of the many calls I'm sure she makes everyday. Rather a valued patient.
