I’m so angry I’m shaking. Pharmacy closed 3 minutes early. Closed shutters as I was requesting pick up of prescription for melatonin for young man with autism who does not sleep without. Totally disinterested in helping. Arrogant and unprofessional. Am not able to collect until Monday. I know they closed early as clock in Car said 16.48 and runs automatically. Absolutely furious. Will never use this pharmacy again. Pharmacist knew perfectly well he was closing early.

Just moved to this area was advised not to join this practice or pharmacy by locals. I have to use this pharmacy due to work as i work in medical and use it for patients. i got my prescription transfed here just so i can pick it up until i find a gp. I just went in just now and the lady on counter old brown short hair moody looked stressed very inpatient no manners kept asking me wat address was used i said i have 2 gave her both she got mad at me and shouted Write it down!!! then ignored me. This is why this medical centre has bad reviews because of front of house staff like this woman. disgusting. been in this industry 10yrs and this area is nice never came across attitude like this maybe she needs her break or maybe retire

Helpful staff try and avoid mornings as very busy and you will be waiting for awhile.

On a recent visit I found I was short on a few tablets I needed, went to boots who didn't have what I needed so ended up here. The staff were very helpful and although they were very busy were very helpful and I had everything I needed in a few minutes.
