On holiday from Oxfordshire nearby, managed to break the passenger side wing mirror glass just before leaving. Spotted this store as we reached the area, called in, they ordered the replacement glass for the next day, called me when it arrived, I collected it, price was good and it fitted perfectly. The staff are very nice and helpful! I bought electrical tyre pump for £20! It’s very cheap very light and I can’t find any switch to turn it off on the actual appliance it does look like it comes from China I just wished I went online now as its in working order! I can’t take it back!As very strict returns
Bought a tyre pump in March. Used it once and second time the other day it packed up. I took it back but apparently I’ve had it too long. How many times do you pump your tyres up. After 2 visits I finally got a replacement. What a performance. I usually get served by the lady who is always so lovely, I dreaded getting the man as he isn’t very customer friendly. However the lady wasn’t that good this time. Maybe something is going on with the bigger picture. I support all the local businesses where I can and they are so grateful. Sadly from now on it’s halfords for me.
Fabulous service from this local company. I always go to them for parts and useful items. They cannot do enough for you. Highly recommended to anyone looking for things for their vehicles.
very poor ...seriously limited stock and when I checked the expiration date on my proposed purchase it was expired. Staff just shrugged and clearly did not care a hoot. Maybe its a COVID thing but I would advise anyone to go to a larger store better prices and stock that is in date. If you do go here check the expiration date before buying!
Drive managed to sell me an incorrect item that didn't fit my car, despite them using my reg number on their computer system, to identify the exact 'correct' part. Apparently. Then, upon my realising the their error, they refused to refund me, as I had opened the pack. Unbelievable. You try and support a local business, rather that buy online and this is what you get... Very poor customer service. Avoid. If I could award zero stars, I would. A happy customer tells very few people about their experience. An unhappy customer??...
The shop its self is good but i agree with some of the others on the reviews..the guy behind the counter does not know how to talk to people ..its called being polite even when you have a mood on ..if this shop ever went bust it won't be the shops fault
I found Drive Motor Spares to be so helpful and reasonably priced. The shop itself is both clean and well laid out with loads of goodies available for your car - everything from oil to wiper blades. Thanks to the staff for sorting a battery out for my car and if I am in need of anything car wise in future they will be my first call.
Helpful, Competitive and Pleasant to talk to. I dropped in there yesterday and its refreshing to deal with switched on people whom are not trying to rush you out the door. Thanks for finding my parts so quickly, a thumbs up to your team.
Have dealt with Drive for a number of years, found them helpful and friendly and the prices are also spot on. Can't fault them at all. *****Star service with a smile :
