Having booked an appointment for a specific time, came to the store to be "welcomed" by the rudest blonde woman I've ever met. She point blank refused to offer any advice or assistance because our bed was from IKEA. We specified that we knew that a double mattress would fit and she would not let us look around or buy one - even though we saved up and was ready to buy there and then. We raised her rudeness with her directly and she said she wasn't - she was just really knowledgeable. Well we went to Mattressman and bought a double mattress on the day and it fitter fine into the bed. She was just plain wrong and cost the business valuable customers and your reputation. If this is how you treat paying customers, I will ensure that everyone I speak to hears about my experience with Dreams.
