Very bad experience. did not deliver and then made me pay for a second delivery after struggling to use their website due to the service not being up to date on my order. rang the original store and got bad attitude from the girl there. eventually i found the number for customer help and the gentleman there was friendly and helpful finally. too much stress though in the end. i would strongly advise going elsewhere

Fantastic service, no pushy sales surprisingly. Dealt with a young Asian man who offered me a drink and walked me through the different products. Really picked up a scent of honesty from this store which is what you want. Went to a few other companies and the sales staff there got very annoying and sometimes contradicting one another but not here. Didn't buy but will be sending Mrs later on in week.

Excellent customer service from a charming gentlemen called Shuaib. He was very helpful throughout my visit at dreams. All staff are very warm and welcoming. Thank you again for your help and advise :-)

Staff allowed is to move stuff around to suit our needs. Staff were also not pushy.
