I just bought a Sportage gt s from them and they leave you alone to look around. If you need advice or help you just ask. Jamie Love was the company representative who deal with us. He was a calming patient man who clearly had years of experience in selling cars. You are in good hands with him. I’m very pleased with my car, as promised the car was valeted and serviced. I just wanted to thank James and the Kia team as this is a very happy customer! Well done
These superstars don’t deserve one star.nnOn September 5th me and my husband set the day aside to go on the hunt for a new vehicle. We visited all the local dealerships VW, Hyundai, Ford, Peugeot, Mazda,and last but not least Skoda, in all of the above we received the most warmest of welcomes. But the story changes at Draycotts Kia Sutton In Ashfield from the moment we walked though the door we were completely ignored so we started to look at the vehicles in the showroom thinking someone will approach us to see if they could help but no such luck even though the dealership was empty of customers. So my husband approached one of the staff and asked if they had a automatic petrol Kia Sportage that we might test drive to which he was told no we only have the hybrid so my husband replied do they not drive the same? Then he was simply told no and the sales person turned his head away from us to carry on with whatever he was doing before we approached him, the sales person didn’t even offer to tell us the difference between the 2 vehicles, show any interest in our custom, or want to talk to us about what we were looking for, whether we could come another day to test drive etc. To cut a long story short I have never been in a car showroom where I have been made to feel less welcome. Needless to say, we left and have decided we will not be buying a Kia. Such a shame that staff at this branch don’t even say hello to customers when they come in.nnIf your sales staff couldn’t entertain the idea of selling a new car to us, which is their job, then we wonder what your current customers are met with when an issue arises.nnI will also be sending a letter to Paul Philpott and posting a review at Kia Uk.
Dropped.car off for a recall collected same day not offered any courtesy car had to walk! on collecting vehicle there were big splodges of what looked like oil down my paintwork not impressed!
1st time ever I bought a used car over the phone without viewing , Jamie reassured me that the car will be fully serviced , Valeted and fresh MOT'd with no advisories ......sounded too good to be true as the car was priced competitively .....I was given a date and to my surprise the car was above my expectations and Jamie did exactly what he promised !...car was serviced, 2 brand new tyres , new drop links and was fully valeted !!......nnThank you Jamie for your 7star service !! Will definitely recommend
I have just had a major bit of work done on my older Kia, and although there was an initial mix up on the price this was sorted very promptly by the gentleman on the Service reception desk, I was given a loan car for the duration of the repair at no cost! Im not sure of his name or if he was the service manager, was a little older with glasses, shaved hair and was extremely nice! Car is back running nicely, efficiently and at 10 years old has never had any major issues. Thankyou to everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with
