Spoke to the boss Sam at Drain Doctor DD Cannock. Very pleasant, helpful and understanding of my predicament. on agreeing that DD do the work, I had a call from Technician Kevin to ensure that I was home and that it was a good time for him to call. Kevin sorted the problem with no faffing or messing about. A top lad and a credit to the business. He even explained, after completion, about other area of work that the business could help with. Top marks for great friendly service, done almost immediately and at a competitive cost. Drain Doctor, Your number is now in my book for future needs if they arise.
Had to call them on a Sunday bank holiday over Christmas. They were very efficient and booked a visit the next morning. a gentleman called me at 8:30 the next morning to say he was on his way despite heavy snowfall overnight. He arrived and inspected the drain with a camera, quickly found the problem and gave me a quote for the job. It was very reasonable! He had the job done in no time. I was really pleased with the service and would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
