Called this company when my only toilet was blocked so obviously I needed someone out the same day to fix it. Was told that someone would be able to get to me around 3pm, and after waiting nearly two hours I received a call and was asked if my toilet could wait until tomorrow. Yes, of course I'll hold my bladder and bowels for 24 hours...not. I hung up and called someone else who got to me within half an hour and only charged me £75 far cheaper than I imagine this place would have charged me, they refused to even give me an approximate quote over the phone beforehand, even just for unblocking a toilet!. Wouldn't recommend using this service if you have an emergency.

Had a problem with sink not draining away, phoned Drain Doctor who responded very quickly. was phoned by their office to to let me know that the technician was on the way. The fault was very quickly traced to a blocked gully in the manhole outside piece of concrete probably left by previous contractor this was cleared promptly. This was carried out for a price agreed before the tech started. would certainly recommend.

CCTV drain report required from Severn Trent, done asap and report sent to me via email in 2 days!!. Kieran was very friendly and very knowledgeable on what was required by Severn Trent. Clare in the office was very helpful and polite too. Would highly recommend

Called these out as my Grandmother had a leaking bath tap that wouldn't stop and it was causing a flood in the kitchen and thought they would be best for this emergency. The plumber came out and gave and estimated the cost of the job and said he would be back to sort it in the afternoon. They then rang me back and said the plumber had an emergency somewhere else and he couldn't do the job for another week as he was on holiday the next day for a week. We thought fair enough we would wait as the estimate was cheap and would put up with it until he comes back off holiday. I phoned the next week and they promised to fit us in for that Tuesday afternoon, Then I had a phone call from them to say they only had one plumber and he was now on the sick with a stomach bug for the following week. A total waste of time and we will not be using them again, if I could I wouldn't have give them one star.

Would not provide quote over phone, insisted on attending site. Were late arriving and then wanted to charge £149 + £29 to jet a gully. Ridiculous price, wasting everyone's time. Don't waste your time with these rip off merchants

Came out same day, kept in contact throughout the day as he was running late. Came and completed the job in the time specified. Good friendly service. Thank you

BRILLIANT, quick,friendly service both on the phone and by the guy who did the job. He even gave me advice on how to keep the drains clear to avoid this happening again and suggested a couple of other things to help us out...actually 6 Stars
