Most polite and helpful staff. I have never had to wait for an appointment always available at one or other 

surgeries. I thank them most sincerely for all the help they have given to me and my husband over the years.

It is impossible to book an appointment, no appointments are given out except those on the day for which you have to ring at set time and wait on the phone for up to an hour, just to hear that that nothing is available anyway
