Receptionists who listen and do their utmost to help. My doctor who followed up with an after care call, and a nurse who gave up her lunch break to fit me into her busy schedule. Quite an amazing surgery! I just wish the other surgeries in England especially in London could emulate what is going on here, and angry patients would be a thing of the past.
An Infuriating, inefficient, convoluted and futile experience more painful than my tooth abscess to endure
Recently moved 5 mins out of village, just been told due to amount of meds my husband and myself have we would be better registering with a surgery closer to us, think the nearest us is 10+ mins. All about finance I think. Had to put 1 star to post, I would prefer to give no star.
Have had to deal with this Doctor’s surgery twice in as many months. Very impressed with the incredibly pleasant and efficient handling both by staff and clinicians. On the first occasion seen by the Nurse Practitioner who diagnosed, treated and arranged ongoing care by the Intermediate Care Team. On the second occasion rang the surgery to inform the doctor of a recent deterioration necessitating a visit to the Out of Hours Centre. The doctor was very sympathetic and we not only had a 10 minute phone conversation but later that evening she called around to make sure everything was all right! On each occasion the reception staff were pleasant, courteous and very efficient. Our interaction with the health centre is for an elderly relative that we visit regularly. Highly recommend their excellent service.
Staff are amazing and so friendly. Easy to sign up, had an appointment booked for me the next day. Pharmacy is just next door and they are just as helpful. They seem to all go above and beyond to help you out with your situation.
Twice now GPs have failed to act on badly infected wound. Had one operation already, now another hangs in the balance. Nurses and Health Care Assistants wonderful.
Absolutely outstanding care my husband was seen on the same day appointment was made and referred to a consultant within a week everyone from receptionist to GP and consultant were amazing even seen at the hospital within 15 minutes. Thank you all
Still waiting for a password to gain access to my mother rosemary Steele medical records. We have filled in every form available, this was 4 weeks ago and we're still waiting. Not very impressed
Blood taken by the lovely Sam. He was a pleasure to deal with at reception and as a phlebotomist he is amazing! Thank you
Friendly staff was made to feel at ease.
