I've always had great in-store experience with Dr. Martens and Wite City Westfield is no exception. The staff there were so amazing! Ellen really knew her shoes :D Not only she recommended me the ones with style but mostly importantly, the shoes of great comfort! And the shoes last literally forever, otherwise I would love to visit the stores more often :
Absolutely blown away by Suzie's wonderful customer service, bringing me different styles and recognising that I needed a smaller size before I did! She was so patient with my indecisiveness and gave me great tips on how to care for my new shoes <3
Elia was just the most friendly and incredibly helpful person as was the manager. I dont go there much but would go more if every shop in Westfield was like that.

Amazing customer service from KC and the team. Best service I have ever experienced in retail. KC was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I even returned the next day because I had a change of mind and she helped me find another pair. I tried multiple options and she remained helpful and kept a smile on her face throughout. 10/10 experience.
I really had a lovely experience. Thanks to a female customer service assistant from Portugal, unfortunately forgot her name. However, she was absolutely helpful and very friendly and went above and beyond excellent service.
Vince was so so helpful with buying my first pair of Docs! He gave me different options for what I was looking for and I ended up with a different pair than I originally wanted, which I love even more!! Will definitely come back for future pairs :
Everyone should own at least one pair of Dr. Martens in their life. An iconic British institution. Can't beat the original 10 or 12 hole boots.
